Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy for home goods?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most locations across the UAE, in addition to secure online payments via credit and debit cards.
Are the products sold online the same as in your physical stores?
While we strive to list our entire inventory, some exclusive in-store discounts or bulky furniture items may only be available at our physical discount centres.
